חוקרת בתחום ההתנהגות הארגונית. סיימה את לימודי התואר השלישי בבית ספר למנהל עסקים באוניברסיטת בר אילן בשנת 2007. את התואר השני סיימה באוניברסיטת קולומביה (Cloumbia) בשנת 1993. משמשת כמרצה מן החוץ בפקולטה לניהול של אוניברסיטת תל אביב ובבית ספר למנהל עסקים באוניברסיטת בר אילן. משמשת כמשנה למנכ"ל ושותפה בכירה בחברה לייעוץ ארגוני "תמורות". עוסקת בפיתוח ארגוני, בליווי והנחייה של תהליכי שינוי אסטרטגיים בארגונים ובליווי מנכלי"ם והנהלות.
ביוגרפיה
Consultant, academic, and world renowned researcher Dr. Cohen Meitar is a thought leader in the field of organizational behavior, creativity, and innovation. Her teaching and research specialty continues to lead to new insights and break- troughs – that are vital to the future of organizations, industries and nations.
As the VP and Senior Partner of Tmurot, a top organizational consulting firm, Meitar assists CEOs in empowering their firms for 21st century creative excellence.
Meitar has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a master from Columbia University. She serves on the Tel Aviv University business school faculty, and is the Academic director of the university's Eli Hurvitz Institute — the world's only institution that leads the development and application of strategic management, turning entrepreneurship into a proactive national policy.
